Payment Methods and Policies

Hanstine.com accept five types of payment methods: Credit Card Online, Prepay with Cashier's Check or Money Order, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards via Phone and Paypal.

Credit Card Online: Hanstine.com accepts Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Discover. When you purchase the products online, please make sure the credit number, expiration date you enter are accurate. Your order will not be sent until your card is authorized. Please provide us with your active contact information, in case of any problems with your order.

Cashier's Check & Money Order: We accept cashier's check or money order. You can place the order online, please select payment as "Check / Money Order" , get an order number and order confirmation for the total amount of your order. Then get a cashier's check or money order from your bank for the exact amount and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to us. Our mailing address will be in your confirmation email. We'll ship your products within 1-2 business days after the check is received. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Orders via cashier's check are not confirmed until payment is received. Company Checks are conditionally accepted. Customers must contact our accounting / credit department to to check if they are quailified for this payment method. Although company checks are conditionally accepted, items will not be shipped until checks are cleared by the bank. We do NOT accept personal checks.

Wire Transfer:  We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. After you place your order, details about the wire-transfer process will be e-mailed to you on the second e-mail notification. If you missed that e-mail, please email us at customersupport@hanstine.com to request the order confirmation. We'll email you details on how to do wire-transfer. You must place the order first before asking for the transfer information. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place.

Credit Cards via Phone: If you prefer to call us to place the order, please give us your credit card information by phone. We will charge your credit card(s) manually. 

Paypal: We accept paypal. Please note products will be shipped promptly only after the fund transfer has been confirmed by PayPal.com and the shipping address is for Paypal confirmed address. If your shipping address is different from what's registered with PayPal, your order will be delayed for order verification. For all orders we require that the Paypal address be confirmed with Paypal. If an order is placed on an unconfirmed Paypal account we will reject the order / require a different form of payment. This is to protect you and the general public against fraud.
